You are paying for Websites by Patriots design team to design an ad for you. If you choose not to use the design, that is your choice. While we do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction, we cannot always guarantee you will be happy with what we’ve designed. If you have any doubts whatsoever, please don’t order your design from us. As such there are no refunds once the design process begins.
